Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping within MALAYSIA only.
Order Processing Time
- Ready Stock Item – Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
- Pre-order Item – Orders are processed within 7 to 12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking details will be sent.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Peninsular Malaysia – 2 to 3 business days
- East Malaysia – 3 to 5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to courier related circumstances.
Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary shipping for all orders above RM150 within West Malaysia. For deliveries to East Malaysia, a flat shipping rate of RM15 applies.
